The Holly varsity girls swim team is coming close to the end of the season, and the squad continues to show great improvement.
The Bronchos captured another victory defeating Davison 94-82.
“They got out there and performed well, many even having improvements in either time or technique,” Holly varsity girls swim coach Jessica Drogemuller said. “With just one more meet before the league meet, their enthusiasm was through the roof as they cheered on their teammates.”
Drogemuller cited many strong performances by Holly swimmers. Emma Coggins set a personal best time in the 200 freestyle and the 500 freestyle. Meanwhile, Alyssa Miller, Trinity Klempp, Kristen Stark and Emma Steiner each had time drops in the 50 freestyle while Holly Rich and Julie Brantley each improved in the 100 freestyle as well.
Liberty Parry dropped four seconds with her 100 backstroke time and Eryn Bayer dropped a second off her 100 breaststroke time.
