Loved the story on Little League ‘Life Lessons.’ Here’s another one — keep a close eye on the league money, demand transparency and hold board members accountable.

Yay! Concerts in the Park started Thursday. Agreeing with the Hot-liner on leaving pets at home. There are six other days to take your pets for a much more leisurely walk through the park.

Thank you for the wonderful article on the local recycling program. May we all follow the clear instructions to make our world a better place.

NO ONE VOTED for local access to pot. It was not on the ballot.

TO LOCAL OFFICIALS, thank you for keeping retail pot out of our area. Good job.

DID I MISS Lightning McQueen patching E. Shiawassee Avenue?

OH WHERE, OH where have the feral cats gone, oh where can you be? We have an abundance of rodents (mice, voles, chipmunks) here. Oh where can you be, natural predator?
