TO THE PERSON commenting about pressure to get vaccinated. I don’t care if you do or don’t. You’re the one who’ll be living on the edge as COVID-19 ramps up and becomes increasingly dangerous. As for the rest of us, we’ll enjoy a reasonably active and normal life with no mask.

STRAIGHT OUT OF the Engler playbook, Whitmer used her authority to borrow $800 million for road repairs. The loan will generate $565 million in interest. That’s half a billion in tax dollars going to investors, not roads.
