The 49th annual Sloan Museum Auto Fair will take place at Crossroads Village and Huckleberry Railroad. It is presented by Shea Automotive Group and sponsored by Attentive Industries. The dates are June 19 and 20 for this annual fundraising event. Both Saturday and Sunday, vehicle registration opens at 7 a.m. and the event runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Join the group for a free Cruise-in on Friday, June 18 from 5-8 p.m. at Shea, located at the corner of Linden and Corunna roads. There will be music, food, and vehicles to see. Dash plaques will be given to the first 150 vehicles at the event.

As the longest running car show in Flint, organizers invite you to come share your memories and visit with the individuals and businesses that help make the show possible. The funds raised from this event help to support the acquisition, restoration, and maintenance of the Sloan Museum’s collection of vehicles and automobile archives that are significant to Flint. Some of these vehicles are one-of-a-kind and they all need tender loving care.

In an effort to assure the safety and security of the event, safety guidelines in regard to masks, attendance inside buildings and the train, and social distancing will be followed. All patrons should self-monitor and make themselves aware of mandates, laws, and recommendations in effect at the time of the show. Sanitizer will be available throughout the village.

CAR REGISTRANTS

Organizers strongly suggest that you send in your registration form as early as possible. Register by June 13, and not only will you receive a

discounted rate, but you will get on the show grounds quicker. There are dash plaques for the first 300 registrants. You can register online at SloanAutoFair.com, download the form to fill in and mail, or register in person at Sloan Museum.

Display Only Vehicles (non-judged) are $15 if registered by June 13

and $20 day of the show.

Judged Vehicles are $20 if registered by June 13 and $25 day of the show.

All proceeds from the event help the Sloan Museum maintain, purchase, and restore vehicles and the automotive collection. Sloan Museum Auto Fair is a fundraiser and is run by volunteers. Community members can sign up to volunteer at SloanAutoFair.com. Should you have any questions regarding volunteering, contact Sandy Mamish at (810) 444-0859 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
