On Sunday, July 28 at 6:55 p.m., Holly police were dispatched to a commercial building on College Street to investigate a breaking and entering complaint. Police observed a white Escalade parked on the sidewalk by the doors at the southwest entrance. Police entered the building and located four juveniles. The building owner arrived and told police he didn’t want to press charges but wanted to tell the kids to stay out of the building, which is not vacant. No damage was observed. The kids apologized and were turned over to their parents. The four youth were referred to the Holly Area Youth Assistance.
