Robert Gamble, 56, of Holly was arraigned May 8 for carrying a concealed weapon on an expired carry concealed weapon (CCW) license. Holly police were alerted to Gamble, who was pumping gas on N. Holly Road. An individual told police that they suspected Gamble of being intoxicated. When talking with Gamble at the gas station, Gamble told the officer he was concealing a weapon in his pants waistband. The officer recovered a loaded MP9 semiautomatic pistol. Gamble admitted he knew his CCW license had expired. A breath test indicated he had a blood alcohol content of .04 percent. A probable cause conference has been scheduled for May 21 in Oakland
