HOLLY DONUTS BROKEN INTO EARLY SATURDAY, OCT. 11

Holly police were dispatched to Holly Donuts at 421 N. Saginaw Street on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 4:09 a.m., for a report of a breaking and entering, which had just been discovered. The owner arrived at that time, entering the rear of the building to discover a cash register smashed on the floor. The start up money held in the register was removed. Both front entry doors had a large rock thrown through them to gain entry. The business does not have security cameras. Police Chief Jerry Narsh said officers are contacting neighboring homes and businesses for possible camera images of the crime. There are no suspects at this time and police continue their investigation. Anyone who has information about the crime is asked to call Holly Police Department at (248) 634-8221.
