Arlo Wayne Berry

Arlo Wayne Berry - age 73, of Linden, died Saturday, July 18, 2020.  Funeral services will be held 12 PM Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Argentine Church of the Nazarene, 16248 S. Seymour Road, Linden.  Pastor Rob Lindsey officiating. If you do not wish to go inside the church for the service, but would like to hear the broadcast, please park on the church property and broadcast the service on 99.3 FM. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Linden.  Visitation will be held at the church Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service. Arlo was born March 21, 1947 in Durand, the son of Averill and Marjorie Vera (Taylor) Berry.  He had resided in the Linden/Argentine Township his entire life.  In 1985, he married Ann Pickett in Brighton.  He retired from GM AC Delphi after 30 plus years of service.  Arlo was a member of Argentine Church of the Nazarene.  He was a avid golfer and enjoyed doing woodworking.  Arlo served as a volunteer firefighter for the Argentine Fire Department for over 20 years. Surviving are his wife, Ann; three children, Wayne (Jodi) Berry of Grand Blanc, Angie (Zach) York of Yale, and Kathy Berry of Canada; two step-children, Jack (Lynne) Hall of Marysville and Sherry Hall of Ft. Gratiot; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Arnold (Cheryl) Berry of Argentine; sister, Carolyn Flowers of Flint; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jimmy Trainoski; grandson, Justin; brothers, Austin and Kevin Berry; and sister, Saudra Eagling.  Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E.
