With indoor dining shut down for a second time beginning Wednesday, Nov. 18, restaurants are once again adapting to keep their customers well fed and their employees working.

 The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced a three-week emergency order Friday, Nov. 13. With this mandate, restaurants must close their dining rooms.

 Area restaurants are attempting to get the word out on what they have to offer. Most in the tri-county area are switching their services to pick-up, curbside pickup or delivery.

 Here’s several typically sit-down restaurants that are altering their offerings as we head into the Thanksgiving holiday. The emergency order indicated restaurants could reopen Dec. 9. Restaurant hours could change at anytime.

ANDIAMO FENTON

Their dining rooms are closed for three weeks. However, they will still be open for curbside and carryout and offering buy one, get one free entrées from their carryout menu up to a $25 value Monday–Sunday from 12-8 p.m.

THE BARN

 Due to the new orders, the Barn paused dine-in services starting Wednesday, Nov. 18. They will be posting updates on our upcoming takeout options. The Barn’s sixth annual Thanksgiving CommUNITY Lunch is still on, however, meals will be delivered.
