Linden Eagles Marching Band is one of five Genesee County high school bands competing at Ford Field in Detroit on Saturday, Nov. 2. They will compete with their show, “Heart,” in the Michigan Competing Band Association (MCBA) State Championships.
Linden High School Principal Darin Dreasky is excited for his students. “All of us at Linden High School are extremely proud of the entire band program for their efforts, and also excited for the opportunity they have in front of them to compete at the state finals this weekend at Ford Field.
“Their dedication has been displayed since they opened camp, continued throughout the season, and is now paying off in qualifying for the finals. All of us here at Linden High School wish Mr. Bennett, his staff, volunteers, and especially the members of the band good luck this weekend.”
