Vince Lorraine, a current Fenton Township trustee, seeks to be elected supervisor, following in the footsteps of Bonnie Mathis, the retiring supervisor. The current clerk, treasurer and three trustees are seeking reelection.

Newcomer Kade Katrak is running for the fourth trustee position. He decided to run when he saw on the August ballot that only three people were running for four positions.

I was raised in Fenton and returned while attending law school at the University of Michigan because like my fellow candidates for Fenton Township trustee, I hope to be part of a vibrant and growing community here.

I will seek to make resources and community opportunities for recreation, sports, and education more available to those who are typically less engaged whether because they lead extremely busy lives, are struggling economically, or are disillusioned with our broader political system. In these troubled times, I also hope that the Township can better connect community members to each other whether on the Township website, an email list-serve, or social media so that we can directly support one another by among other things delivering groceries, checking in on the elderly, or coordinating to watch or tutor children.
