Fenton Fire Department

The Fenton City Council authorized spending $7,200 for Paint-4-Less to paint the apparatus bay walls, hose tower and exterior bay doors at the Fenton fire station. According to Fire Chief Bob Cairnduff, the building has been in use for 17 years and the interior walls have never been repainted. The exterior apparatus bay doors have not seen new paint since 2010. The work is expected to be completed by the end of June. This expense was budgeted for 2019, Cairnduff said.
