Community members are invited to attend the 2021 Ecumenical Thanksgiving Worship Service on Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 7 p.m.

The service is a combined effort of Transfiguration Lutheran Church, Fenton United Methodist Church, St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, St. Jude’s Episcopal Church, the Road Church, and the Fenton Church of the Nazarene.

The service will be hosted by Fenton First Presbyterian Church, 503 S. LeRoy St., Fenton. Face masks will be required for the in-person worship service.”

Co-pastor Robbie Carnes of Fenton’s First Presbyterian Church said this service has been held for more than 30 years.

“It is a real delight to work with other churches and remember that we are part of a bigger community — a community that can find blessing in being grateful for each other,” he said.

“All of us have something to bring to the table as we gather in gratitude to God.”

The service will last for approximately 50 minutes. For those who cannot attend in person, the Service will be available online on YouTube by searching “2021 Thanksgiving Eve Worship Service.”
