Edward Jones of Linden is asking all residents and business owners of the Linden area to donate school supplies. These donations can add value to Linden Community Schools as one more student will be provided with the appropriate tools to begin or continue his or her learning and development. Edward Jones staff members have set up a donation box at their office, 618 W. Broad St., Suite A in Linden, and items can be dropped off any time during normal business hours — 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Donated items could include pencils, pens, crayons, highlighters, glue sticks, erasers, rulers, paper, notebooks, folders, etc. They cannot accept cash or checks. The school supply donation program will end Aug. 31. They hope you will participate in this great program benefiting Linden Community Schools.
