Ingredients:

10 lbs. lean ground beef

10 c. diced onion

7 c. diced green pepper

1/3 c. sugar

1 bottle Worchestershire sauce

1/3 c. salt (or less)

¼ to 1/3 c. black pepper

1 8 oz. container tomato paste

8-10 quarts fresh stewed tomatoes (the more the better)

1 No. 10 can pinto beans

1 No. 10 can chili beans, and half of another can.

1 c. of chili powder (mixture of hot and medium)

Five to six bay leaves (remove before serving)

PREPARATION:

Brown meat. Mix all other ingredients together and add to browned meat mixture. Cook about three hours.
