McLaren Health Care has appointed Kimberly Keaton Williams to serve as chief diversity officer for the health system. Keaton Williams currently serves as vice president of Talent Acquisition and Development, responsible for recruiting and training efforts across McLaren. She will maintain these responsibilities as she assumes leadership for diversity and inclusion practices. “We’ve had diversity efforts in place at various subsidiaries, but this new role is an opportunity to share best practices and ensure alignment of important goals related to diversity and inclusion,” said William Peterson, McLaren’s senior vice president of Human Resources. Keaton Williams serves on the board of directors of Inforum and The Rhonda Walker Foundation. She and her husband reside in West Bloomfield and are the proud parents of two children.
